Delete your DocDecay account

Option 1: in the app

Open DocDecay → Settings → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 2: by e-mail

Write to support@needsolutions.net with the subject "Account deletion" and the account reference shown in the app under Settings → About. The deletion is completed within 30 days. Accounts are anonymous, so without the reference the account cannot be identified; Free accounts without a sign-in are deleted automatically after 180 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted at once: the account, its links and document images, the access records of its links, its subscription records on the server and its notification registration.
• Kept: the monthly Free counter of the device (a keyed hash, no account data) until the end of the month, encrypted backups for up to 30 days, and Google Play's own purchase records.
