These terms govern the use of DocDecay (the Android app, the web viewer at https://docdekay.needsolutions.net and the related server), provided by [HKSolutions yasal unvan], [HKSolutions tescilli adres] ("HKSolutions", "we"). By using the service you accept these terms. The privacy policy at https://docdekay.needsolutions.net/legal/privacy explains how personal data is processed.

1. The service

DocDecay lets a sender share an image of a document as a link that expires after a chosen time (at most 24 hours) or number of views. Each view is watermarked on the server with the recipient name entered by the sender, the recipient's IP address and the time. The sender can delete a link at any time.

2. What the service cannot do

The document is shown, not downloaded, and screenshots are blocked in the app. However, no technical measure can prevent a recipient from photographing the screen with another device or from copying the content in other ways. The watermark is meant to deter such copying and to make it traceable. We do not promise that a document cannot be leaked.

3. Your responsibilities

• Share only documents that you are entitled to share, and only with recipients you have chosen. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for sharing personal data of yourself or others, and for informing the people concerned where required.
• Enter the recipient name truthfully; it appears in the watermark.
• Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, fraud, or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to bypass limits, rate limits, the Free quota or security measures, and do not reverse engineer or overload the service.
• Keep your device secure. Anyone with access to your unlocked device can use your account.

4. Accounts

The account is anonymous and bound to the app installation. If you uninstall the app or reset the device without a Pro subscription, the account cannot be restored. You can delete the account at any time (Settings → Delete account, or https://docdekay.needsolutions.net/legal/account-deletion). Free accounts without sign-in for 180 days are deleted automatically.

5. Plans and payment

• Free: up to 3 documents per calendar month (UTC). The limit is counted per account and per device; reinstalling the app or creating a new account does not reset it.
• Pro: features listed on the subscription screen of the app at the time of purchase. Only features that exist are offered.
• Subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play. Prices, taxes, any free trial and its end date are shown by Google Play before you confirm. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies and the mandatory consumer law that applies to you.
• Your right of withdrawal under consumer law, where applicable, is not affected.

6. Availability

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. A document may become unavailable before its expiry if the in-memory storage is restarted; in that case it is destroyed, never restored from disk. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract, to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you. We are not liable for copies made by recipients (see section 2) or for content shared by senders. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, after notice where reasonable. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We will announce material changes in the app before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may delete your account; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

10. Law and disputes
